Introducing the La Violetta Tasting Kit

Each of these wines began with a vineyard that revealed some exceptional character; not easily definable but something intriguing and, I felt, worth trying to capture.

Winemaker

Andrew Hoadley
La Violetta was established in 2008 by Andrew ‘AJ’ Hoadley, a well-travelled and respected winemaker who chose to settle in Denmark with his wife Hanna Reichel for its excellent winemaking conditions. Grapes are sourced from a handful of trusted growers from some of the oldest vineyards in the region, with a focus on small-scale production to ensure each wine is personally hand-crafted. He’s a representative of the new face of the Australian wine industry, which has recently seen the flourishing of small, quality-minded wineries, making fine wines aiming at precision and elegance rather than just power.
