2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2014 vintage benefited from another perfect ripening season. All fruit was hand-picked and matured for 18 months in 36% new French oak. The wine is a deep crimson in colour, with purple hints and a clear rim. The intense nose exhibits blackcurrant, cherry, mulberry and some coffee bean. On the palate, the wine displays blackcurrant, vanilla bean, mulberries, as well as some chocolate and cedar. Full tannins complement great length and a clean finish. Stored for a year after bottling, this vintage will reward careful cellaring until at least 2025. Medallist at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards, Hong Kong Bottled under premium cork. 2014 Shiraz

The hand picked fruit was matured for 11 months in seasoned French oak. The wine is a deep crimson, with a clear well defined rim. The quite lifted nose shows black cherry, aniseed and plum. The full bodied palate exhibits black cherry and licorice. Soft but complex tannins reflect vanilla and some spicy aniseed. The wine shows great length and a clean finish. Bottled under Stelvin Lux. Complex aromas of blackberry and chocolate with mocha and sweet oak flowing through. Lovely mouth filling palate of mulberry and boysenberry lead on to a finish that has length and balance with a hint of coconut and classy tannins. This elegant wine is named after our adopted daughter, Dan Ying. It celebrates the time of year when we harvest our grapes and commemorate her joining our family. ‘Dan’ means the essence of red – like this wine – strong and vibrant. ‘Ying’ translates to a singing bird. Both sing a symphony of nature, one with voice, one from the vines. This wine celebrates the wonder and joy of Dan Ying’s life – enjoy!

2015 Wild Child Viognier

This wine is part of our exclusive white label range which indicates high quality and limited release. Only 36 cases were created from our estate vines which were planted for luxury rather than sensibility. Our Wild Child Viognier has earned a scandalous reputation for being brazenly different during vintage. It was fermented using wild indigenous yeast and developed a personality like our youngest daughter’s (her hand print is on the front label) consequently earning the nickname wild child. Luscious aromas of wild apricot and white peach gently easing through a touch of vanilla spice. Orange peel and marmalade avours oat through the avour pro le of voluptuous fruit all backed with a delightful minerality on the nish that leaves the palate with a touch of zesty ginger.

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

The hand-picked fruit comprised 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot and 1% Malbec, which was matured over 19 months in 40% new French oak. The nose displays black fruits and mulberry, complemented by tobacco, cocoa and cedar. The palate presents thick layers of ripe tannin, ripe mulberry, tobacco and dried mint, on a long, elegant finish. Drinking wonderfully at bottling, this wine will reward cellaring for many years to come. Medallist at the Perth Royal Wine Show Medallist at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards, Hong Kong Medallist at the Decanter World Wine Awards, London Medallist at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show Decanter wine judges' commentary: "Coffee, oak aromas, with generous fruit and sour cherries. 2016 Chardonnay

This chardonnay shows classic Bellarine varietal aromas of peaches and citrus fruit, with a nutty creamy background. The wine has toasty, buttery flavours interwoven with a complex mineral structure and a crisp dry finish. Drinks well young and fresh, but will also soften with age.


This Canberra district Shiraz works well with all Mediterranean cuisine, especially arancini. Best served at 16-18 degrees.

2016 Shiraz

The hand-picked fruit was aged in 40% new French oak for 17 months. The wine is of deep red colour with purple hues. The nose provides aromas of cherry, earth and lifted aromatics of spice, with background cinnamon, lavender florals and dried mint. The palate is wonderfully complex and savoury, presenting a range of rich red fruits. Medallist at The Great Australian Shiraz Challenge Medallist at the Perth Royal Wine Show Bottled under Stelvin.
